Ioanna Artemi is a certified Systemic Psychotherapist and licensed Social Worker (License No. 1524), specializing in the therapy of adolescents, adults, couples, and families. She completed a four-year postgraduate training program in Systemic Psychotherapy (PGDip) at ESYTHEPAS and has received specialized training in the management of emotional and psychological trauma at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She is currently further training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples. She has extensive clinical experience in both public and private settings, supporting cancer patients, survivors of violence, individuals facing mental health challenges and addiction, as well as families. Her clinical interests focus on trauma therapy, couples therapy, anxiety management, and the strengthening of relationships and self-esteem. Her therapeutic approach is grounded in Systemic Therapy and enriched with elements of Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Narrative Therapy. She is committed to creating a safe and supportive therapeutic space where individuals can explore their experiences, deepen self-understanding, and connect with their authenticity in a way that feels meaningful and empowering.
